‘SOW’–CYFM Summer Outreach Week

SOW SEEDS OF FAITH & SERVICE IN THE HUDSON VALLEY!

SOW is an immersive, week-long overnight mission and a unique opportunity for rising 9th graders through adults to:

• Meet new people
• Experience faith in a fresh way
• inspire minds, hearts, hands, and souls
• Engage with the homeless
• Serve seniors at a nursing home
• Instruct youngsters at VBS
• Participate in construction initiatives
• Gain first-hand life experiences

After work, SOW-ers return to Mount Alvernia Retreat Center to enjoy recreation, Mass, shared meals, and small group theological reflection.
